Pricing Overview

There is no standard price or discount for a ticket booked with us because there are so many factors that influence the price of a ticket. The main variables that make a difference in the ticket cost are your origination airport, destination airport, time of year you’re flying, how close to the departure time you are booking, and most importantly: how much flexibility you have.

Up to 80% off International Premium-Cabin Travel

As you may have seen on our Flight Deal Examples page, for a client of ours that had flexibility and was flying last minute, they saved 73% off. For that client, they typically save 65% off their flights with us as they are often flexible and traveling shortly after they reach out to us.

For someone that didn’t have much flexibility and was booking well in advance, we still were able to get them 12% off the retail price. That client on average saves closer to 20% when working with FlyFlat because they’re not typically so flexible.

We have the best deals for customers flying from from anywhere in the US & Canada to Europe and vice-versa, Europe to East Asia, and the Middle East to the US & Canada.

Individual Fees

We never charge any booking or service fees to book our discounted long-haul, international, business and first class flight bookings. We charge $250 to change or cancel a booking. 

We charge fees on the vast majority of economy + premium economy tickets and sometimes for shorter-haul business and first-class tickets that we are not able to get discounts on. For hotels, we never charge fees. For transportation like trains, car and limousine rides to and from the airport, and helicopters, we charge a $100 per ticket service fee.

Enterprise Fees

All FlyFlat enterprise customers have a dedicated account executive and direct unfettered access to our Head of VIP Concierge Services. For our enterprise customers, we do not charge any booking or service fees ever on anything. 

FlyFlat Enterprise customers pay a monthly retainer depending on how large their executive team is and how often they travel and need support with bookings. This retainer can be put towards any and all travel booked through FlyFlat and is not limited to air travel. If our enterprise customers don’t travel or book travel in a given month, all monthly retainers carry forward for future travel and never expire.

How is the retainer determined? When onboarding new enterprise customers, we ask these companies a few questions:

  • How many members of the executive team want to use our service?
  • How many bookings did each executive that wants to use FlyFlat average over the last three months?
  • What types of bookings does each executive want assistance with? Just long-haul fights? All flights? Hotels? Trains? 
The answers to these questions determine what the total retainer is:
  • ≤2 bookings per month: $500 per person
  • 3-5 bookings per month: $750 per person
  • 6-10 bookings per month: $1000 per person
  • 11+ bookings per month: $1250 per person

For example, one our clients has a 5 person executive team where the CEO makes 8-10 bookings a month, and the other four members average 3-5 bookings a month. For this client, they pay a $4000 monthly retainer (4x @ $750 + 1x @ $1000). This client averages $15,000 in spend a month so even on the slow months, they always use the monthly retainer and then some and that is true for the vast majority of our enterprise clients.

This is money that goes just towards travel and is akin to a minimum spend – no matter how big or small, our enterprise customers never pay fees of any kind. 

As long as the collective travel habits of the executive team don’t change too much over a given quarter, the retainer will stay the same. If travel is substantially more than what was projected, the monthly retainer will increase and if travel was much less than expected, the retainer will decrease moving forward. Every quarter a FlyFlat account executive will sync with the point person at every company on their upcoming travel plans and goals to make sure we are doing what we can to support them in the best way possible. 

Enterprise customers sign a contract custom to their travel needs to kickoff the relationship. Enterprise customers need to give 30+ days notice if they would like discontinue working with FlyFlat at the enterprise level of service. But that doesn’t happen too often as very few have ever voluntarily stopped wanting to have FlyFlat on their side!
