Starting March 1, FlyFlat Premier will apply a $50 per person surcharge on bookings made with certain low-cost and international airlines. These carriers often have poor systems for travel agents, which limits our ability to support changes, cancellations, or service issues as effectively as we can with full-service airlines. The surcharge applies to economy bookings with the following airlines: Spirit, Frontier, Allegiant, Breeze Airways, Sun Country, Ryanair, easyJet, Wizz Air, Norwegian, Vueling, Jet2, AirAsia, Scoot, Transavia, Volotea, Pegasus Airlines, Indigo, Cebu Pacific, Air Seoul, Eastar Jet, Jeju Air, Jin Air, SpiceJet, Air India Express, Vistara, Go First, JetLite, Israir, Arkia, Air Haifa, Bluebird Airways It also applies to business/first class flights on: China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Air China, ZipAir, Jetstar Note: FlyFlat Premier members are not eligible for the 5% discount guarantee on these airlines, but will only pay the $50/person surcharge. Non-Premier members will be charged $100/person. We recommend choosing full-service airlines when possible for better support and flexibility.
